What is your shipping and delivery policy?
We offer complimentary, fully insured overnight shipping on all domestic orders over $500. For security, an adult signature is required upon delivery for all shipments.
Can I return an item if it is not to my satisfaction?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer resizing or customization services?
We provide one complimentary resizing for most rings within 60 days of purchase. For bespoke designs, our master jewelers are available for private consultations to bring your vision to life.
